What is Body Transformation Camp?
Our Transformation Camp is a high calorie burning outdoor group fitness program suitable for anyone. Our highly skilled coaching allows us to modify all exercises in order to accommodate our beginners or more advanced clients. These sessions are perfect if your primary objectives are to lose weight, gain strength and improve your fitness levels. Through hard work and dedication you can expect to achieve remarkable results.

6am, 7am, 10am & 18.30pm
Please note: There will be no option to join this program after the start date until the next 8 week block.
What happens when I join Transformation Camp?
When you first join our program you will receive a Transformation Camp manual which will provide you with an in depth description of what to expect from the 8-weeks ahead. You will receive a nutritional plan, food choices and Velocity Fitness customised recipes which will help you achieve incredible results.
Am I fit enough to participate in Transformation Camp?
Our Transformation Camps have been specifically structured to ensure that all participants, whether it is people who have never trained before or advanced athletes, are pushed to their own personal limits.
None of the workouts have been designed to create ‘competition’ and at Transformation Camp we are a community, nobody is left behind.
No matter what your fitness ability is, we have ensured that you will leave the workouts feeling energised and proud of your achievements.
What happens if the weather conditions are bad?
We wrap up warm and we train – it is as simple as that. The Transformation Camps are there for you to get in to great shape and lose weight so no excuses with the weather.
What should I wear to Transformation Camp?
Please make sure you wear suitable running trainers and gym wear.
You may also want to bring a towel and please make sure you bring at least 1 litre of water.
Body Transformation Camps will run for a duration of 8 weeks.
The next Body Transformation Camp will start July 16th.
