What is Velocity Fitness Bootcamp?

Our Bootcamp is a high calorie burning group fitness program suitable for anyone. Our highly skilled coaching allows us to modify all exercises in order to accommodate our beginners or more advanced clients. These sessions are perfect if your primary objectives are to lose weight, gain strength and improve your fitness levels. Through hard work and dedication you can expect to achieve remarkable results.

What happens when I join Velocity Fitness Bootcamp?

You will have instant access to Velocity Fitness Bootcamps which will allow you 3 sessions per week through our booking app.  We will welcome you to our members page which will allow you to use our Velocity Fitness monthly customised recipe books and give you weekly tips to help achieve incredible results.

Am I fit enough to participate in Bootcamp?

Our Bootcamps have been specifically structured to ensure that all participants, whether it is people who have never trained before or advanced athletes, are pushed to their own personal limits.

None of the workouts have been designed to create ‘competition’ and at Bootcamp we are a community, nobody is left behind.

No matter what your fitness ability is, we have ensured that you will leave the workouts feeling energised and proud of your achievements.

What should I wear to Bootcamp?

Please make sure you wear suitable running trainers and gym wear. You are also required to bring a towel and please make sure you bring at least 1 litre of water.

Body Transformation Camps will run for a duration of 8 weeks.

The next Body Transformation Camp will start July 16th.
