What Is Online Coaching?
Online coaching is an effective way to receive our expert level of service from wherever you are located in the world. Get 12 weeks of 1-on-1 online personal training where we will structure a bespoke program in order to help you pack on muscle, shed layers of body fat, and get leaner and stronger.
Here’s How It Works!
At the start of your journey we will conduct a full scale assessment. We’ll ask about your goals, workout experience, how much time you have to exercise, dietary preference, etc. Your online personal trainer will use this information to construct a comprehensive fitness plan designed just for you.
You will receive a custom workout and nutrition plan based on your fitness goals and preferences. This will show you exactly what to do to get the results you want. No more guesswork about which exercises to do or what kind of diet you should follow.
Your trainer will check in with you regularly and make adjustments to your fitness plan in order to continue progressing towards reaching your fitness goals. Our powerful tools and support keep you on track for incredible results. Whenever you have a question or need support, your trainer will be there to point you in the right direction.
When will I first hear from you?
The moment you sign up to Velocity Fitness Online Coaching you will receive an email from me, this will direct you to your first questionnaire page. I will then schedule a call with you at your earliest convenience. The information I receive from you allows me to piece together your personalised nutrition and program.
Is it really custom for me?
Each training program is entirely customized to achieve each clients desired goals. No two people are the same therefore we do not believe in one size fits all workouts and diets.
Do you provide email support?
All online clients will have access to my coaching email. It takes 24-48 hours for me to respond.
How do I learn how to do each exercise?
To ensure you’re doing all of the exercises in your workouts correctly, your bespoke training program will come with step-by-step instructions and demonstration videos for every exercise in your plan. You will have full access to these instructions and videos any time directly in our mobile training app, or by logging in using your computer.
How will you monitor my workouts?
Using our mobile training app you will be logging the details of each completed workout. This will let both you and your coach see exactly what you did for each workout and how you’re progressing week by week.
How will you measure my progress?
Your progress will be measured in a variety of different ways which include changes in your weight, body measurements, body fat percentage, strength levels and you’ll also be taking regular progress photos which will allow you and your coach to see visual improvements you’re making.
When can I start?
Once you have completed your consultation form and had your initial telephone consultation your bespoke training plan will be uploaded via our training app within 2-4 working days. This allows me to work on your plan and ask you any additional questions.
